Malus trilobata is a beautiful rare variety, that being so distinct, sometime comes under its own genus:Eriolobus.
Height: 5-7 meters
Width: 3-5 meters
Growth rate: Growth rate of Malus trilobata- Crab Apple is moderate.
Form: upright
Follage: Maple-like deeply lobed leaves, turing to attractive yellow-burgundy tints in Autumn.
Flowers: Large white flowers, with a lacey pink edging. Flowers in late December.
Tolerence: suitable to most soil types (sandy/normal/clay), but prefers moist,relatively well drained soil. full-part sun. Vulnerable to frost
Landmark use: Malus trilobata- Crab Apple will make a great specimen tree, ornamental gardens and parks, driveways and avenues.

Transport Interstate: For Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide, we use a third party plant transport company. Interstate transport is quoted per consignment, based on volume & space.
Transport to these locations will be a minimum of $250.
