Pyrus communis - Pear Beurre Bosc

Pyrus communis - Pear Beurre Bosc produces large fruits that are brown and yellow in colour. Flesh is yellowish-white and juicy with a coarse texture and slightly granular. Flavour is very good and sweet. Full flavour develops after three to four weeks under refrigeration.

Pollination: Pyrus communis - Pear Beurre Bosc is best crossed with 'Nijisseiki', 'Williams', 'Sensation'. 

Comments: Good for eating fresh and preserving. Excellent storage qualities. 

Fruits: Pyrus communis - Pear Beurre Bosc starts fruiting in early to mid March.

Transport to these locations will be a minimum of $250.
